Please read these policies and terms very carefully. All sales and services are subject to these policies. Please call us if you have any questions. Please note that these policies are non-negotiable, and we cannot make exceptions. We also reserve the right to modify or change the Policies and Terms at our sole discretion. Orders placed after any modifications or changes take place will be subject to the new Policies and Terms. These policies and terms apply to all sales and services.
Logo & Artwork Design policies
Designing a logo or your artwork will require additional time and expense. You must call us to discuss your requirements.
Product provided by our Customers
We will take customary and reasonable care of the products you provide to us. However, we are not responsible for any damage to your products caused by the customizing process. Customers providing products to us assume all risk of damage associated with the customizing process.
We are committed to meeting our delivery schedules with our customers, and our standard delivery time is 10 business days. If you require your order earlier than 10 business days, you will need to call us to discuss your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, rush orders often result in a need to have our staff work overtime, which requires us to charge rush fees.
Standard Rush Charges

3 to 4 business days 25%

Depending on our production schedule, the timing and complexity of your job, and the ability to obtain the blank products, we may consider waiving or reducing the rush charges.
No refunds will be made on product that has been altered, worn or washed. If an ordered is cancelled prior to the altering being done, a refund may be given on any products only if that product can be returned to the vendor it was ordered from less a 20% restocking fee. No refund will be made on services performed. However, under no circumstances will a refund be given, other than under guarantee discussed below, after 10 days of of the invoice date.
All returns must be approved in writing by us in advance of returning any product. Any returns sent without prior approval or COD will be refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping to return the product.
All orders require a minimum 50% deposit. The deposit is only refundable if the product is returnable and no customization processes have been performed. In addition, cancelled order may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
We guarantee the quality of our products and craftsmanship. If you are not happy with the design work and you do not approve the design work, we will not charge you for our services. All quality issues with the completed customizing must be identified at time of delivery and communicated to us immediately.
If there are any workmanship or product failure issues, we will, at our sole discretion, refund or replace your product for no charge. Unless there is a workmanship failure as determined by us (normal wear and tear or abuse are not covered), no refunds or replacements will be given. This guarantee is valid for 30 days after the invoice date.
Custom Ordered Sizes and Colors
Color and sizes my vary between brands. Marcus Embroidery Services assumes no responsibility for color of size variations, and the Customer is fully responsible for selections made. Upon the customer’s request, Marcus Embroidery Services may assist the customer in selecting, but assumes no responsibility for product selected.
GCE Work Product
All digitized files, jigs, processes, films, tapes, dies, original art remain the property of Marcus Embroidery Services.

By submitting a design to Marcus Embroidery Services (MarcusEMB) or using logos stored on this site, you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner of all rights, including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork, photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design.
Furthermore, you warrant and represent to Marcus EMB that the design in no way:
Violates or infringes upon any common law or trademarks, contract rights, moral rights, or rights of public performance.
Is subject of any known notice of such infringement.
Is subject to any restriction or right which would prevent GCE from legally reproducing the images or text submitted.
You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against Marcus EMB which relates to, or is based upon, a claim that any portion of the design infringes or constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party, provided GCE gives you written notice of any such claim and provides you such reasonable cooperation and assistance as you may require in the defense thereof. You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against Marcus EMB and its affiliates pursuant to such a suit or proceeding. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold Marcus EMB harmless from and with respect to any such loss or damage (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) associated with any such claim, suit of proceeding.
All items shown on this web site containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown to illustrate Marcus EMB logo representation capabilities. Purchase of merchandise from Marcus EMB in no way, shape or form grants you permission to reproduce logos, nor does it transfer, grant or lease ownership of any logos or trademarks to you.
Shipping of your product
All orders shipped will be sent via Fed Ex or US Post Office ground. If you need your product sooner, you must request expedited shipment at the time of your order, which will result in higher shipping charges on the order.
